Last evening was a shower for my dear sweet cousin, Natalie and her husband on the upcoming arrival of their little son. Since moving to Toronto, we have been ever so grateful to have such good family as the cousins living so nearby. How fun to actually be a part of their lives in a more immediate way rather than flying in for an occasion or seeing pictures from afar when we can't be there at all.
The shower was sweet and a wonderful occasion to see some of their friends that I haven't seen in awhile. And of course, an opportunity to shower them with our love and support and with presents.

These two are such a beautiful and connected couple and we are so very much looking forward to meeting the littlest one, holding him and watching these two as they fall so readily into parenthood. They are so great with their nieces and nephews that I have not a doubt in my mind they will be fantastic parents.
