Shoulder sleep
There is a serenity that resonates
From his strong broad shoulders--
A Father, his deep voice reverberating
In his chest,
Head to heart,
Makes a soothing deep lullaby
Of reassurance,
Of groundedness and security
That brings blissful slack-jawed sleep.
